5 stars simply isn't enough for this location. If you are from Waco or the surrounding area, you know this place isn't a well kept secret. Personally, I am a sucker for a good burger. In and Out.....Whataburger.....whatever other place you want to list can't lay a finger on this location. The quality...the amazingly friendly staff (they will learn your name and know you on sight) the atmosphere and even the prices are just impossible to beat. Old fashioned hamburgers served up with an old fashioned smile and service. 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone and everyone either from Waco or parts unknown. If you are visiting from out of town or just passing through...you will NOT be disappointed. Try the Frisco Fries!

Best burger I’ve ever had in my life. I had a double bacon and fries and had to take another double cheese to go. Will be eating here again tomorrow before leaving town and will stop here whenever I pass through. Christi is amazing!!

Stopped by here with some family while Traveling from Austin to Dallas. We were looking for a little something off the beaten path and we really found it with Christi’s. This place is as old school as you can get, the menu appears to be exactly the same as the day the doors open but with higher prices. The folks have a very efficient system and unique way of wrapping the burgers for service. The burger itself was top notch with very fresh ingredients, fries were awesome also. This is a classic burger in the truest sense.

Stopped in for a bite while passing through town. I'm glad I did. This woman-owned/operated restaurant is a gem. Packed with locals was the first good sign followed by the aroma of burgers on the grill. The handmade burger was an absolute winner and the price point made it even better. Burger, tots, and drink was maybe 8. Do yourself a favor and grab a burger here. Better yet, bring friends too. I'll stop here for a bite every time I'm passing through town from now on.

Christi is doin’ it right up in Bellmead. Raised in the kitchen from the age of eleven, doin things exactly the way her daddy taught her 30 years ago. The burger tastes like Texas. The oniony, mustardy, cast iron griddle crispy patty and perfectly buttered bun... it’s just... so good. And it’s like 8 bucks for burger, fries, and a drink. Christy, if you’re reading this, raise your prices. I’d pay 20% more at minimum, and so would every single one of your loyal customers. You deserve it. Charge what this piece of food art is worth. Keep cookin’ with that TLC. Go get YOU a burger at Christi’s! Tell her Bryan from Toast sent you.

My wife and i come here everywhere week or so from Fort Worth just to get these delicious burgers. The grilled cheese cheeseburger is hands down the best burger I've ever had. The food is fresh and the atmosphere is always clean and the service is always wonderful.

Not that this place needs help. But if youve never been or somehow never heard of Christis, your missing out. I've been coming here for years and it's never changed up. To me it's a very nostalgic old style greasy spoon. No big frills or thrills, they let the food do the talking. Burgers are some of the best in the area. Fresh meat, fresh veggies and toasted buns, everything a body needs. It equals one tasty burger. Next are the Frisco tots. They chop up Frank's and add them to the chili. Layered tots chili and cheese with a few chopped onions and it's like eating a chili cheese dog on tots, best tots ever. Each bite takes me to big boy heaven. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this meal to the very last bite. Highly recommend!!! Easy on the budget as well.
